James, a Southern California native, is also a licensed California Architect.  He is a graduate of Woodbury University with a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) professional 5-year degree and brings over 20 years of vast architectural knowledge and experience, ranging from custom residential, religious facilities and forensics (construction defect investigation) all the way up to Type-I post-tensioned concrete parking facilities.

With his architectural background, many clients have gone to James asking about local, state and federal codes, requirements and building ordinances. Chances are, most real estate agents and brokers can not give you direct answers related to construction because they simply don't have the professional expertise, knowledge and background that James brings with him. James can give you direct and precise answers and he keeps his clients comfortable with their decisions.

James and Margret are both trained and certified as Coldwell Banker Previews Luxury Property Specialists. James is also trained and certified with the Coldwell Banker Referral and Relocation Division as a Cartus Network Affinity Specialist (CNAS). Additionally, James is 1 of only 90 active members certified as an Architectural Specialist in the Coldwell Banker Architectural Division throughout the entire Southern California Region and 1 of only 7 members certified in Orange County.
